The Impact of Trust on Organizational Performance : HRVoice.org.
HRMA BC has just released the findings of a new study on the impact of trust…on first glance I had to applaud the clarity of the report:
employees who feel trusted by their organization become more willing to accept responsibility for their organizations performance
and…
…the employees’ willingness to be accountable for the performance of the organization led directly to better sales and customer service.
I think companies for the most part are starting to get this…finally….moving from ‘getting it’ to ‘actualization’ will pay huge benefits, as the few that have clearly show. It begins with trust with the highest level…do you have it….do you give it to others….interesting questions all leaders should ask themselves.
A trustworthy person can handle all the responsibilities.
